Ameesha drowns herself in champagne after Karva Chauth

Bollywood actress Ameesha Patel is very happy these days and it’s all because of her boyfriend Kanav Puri.

It was only last week when Kanav surprised the Kaho Na Pyaar hai babe with a special gift of a watch. Says Ameesha, “Kanav had been away on work. I kept Karva Chauth and went in the evening to my friend’s home where we were all going to break the fast together. It was a Karva Chauth-cum-pre-Diwali party. I was expecting Kanav to arrive the next day. But he came on time just to surprise me.”

Ameesha continues, “Kanav is a champagne addict and after giving me a glass of water, he snatched it and replaced it with a flute of champagne. I told him after fasting the whole day I’d be flat out if I had champagne! Kanav is wonderful! For him, every day is a celebration! I wore a red-and-gold zardozi Neeta Lulla sari; Kanav wore a traditional kurta with jeans.”

So there you have it… our little Ameesha is all loved up and happy at last. Lets just hope that this relationship doesn’t go the same way as her others… but one thing before I sign this article of… how come Ameesha drowned herself in champagne at the end of such an auspicious and religious day… would it not have been better to practice a few prayers and some Hindu rituals instead… your thoughts on this please… use the comments section below to send them to us.

Ameesha Patel shows her 'busty best'

Ameesha Patel is fed up of the non happening actress tag. She made a promising debut opposite Hrithik Roshan more than eight years ago but stardom always eluded her.

In between she and parents fell out and that only got her negative publicity. A boring boyfriend in the form of Vikram Bhatt who no body really approved of didn't help her career either! Mainly because he failed to make a single hit film with her!

But then its better late than never and lately it seems things are looking up for the girl.

The new man in her life (Kanav Puri) who has been her arm candy in many social dos has changed a lot of things. Also her 'Lazy Lamhe' act in a yellow bikini was considered the only good thing about the terrible Yash Raj magic flick 'Thoda Pyar Thoda Magic'.

Currently she's enjoying every bit of the makeover and recently posed exclusively on the cover of a men's magazine. Not only that, she also had a ten-page spread devoted solely to her and reportedly the pics show her at her 'busty best'. In an interview to the mag, she also spoke about reinventing herself.

All that's fine, Ameesha. But wonder if it's enough to impress the producers who think you're passé! Working on your non existent acting skills would have been a much better idea!

Ameesha Patel returns from Paris with a new language and accent

Each time that sexy actress Ameesha Patel goes overseas she returns with something new and different.

First of it was her figure… she went overseas and got herself sexy curves and instant sex symbol status. Then the second time she came back with boyfriend Kanav Patel, who seems to be making her really happy. And now… well she recently went to Paris and has returned with a European accent…

Those that have talked with her have said that her new lingo is very hard on the ears and one has much difficulty in understanding it. Keep at it Ameesha… next time bring back a career for yourself.
