I think a lot about God but in a different way: Salman

Salman Khan gets to replace God in the new film God Tussi Great Ho however, even if given the powers, it seems the actor would not grab that chance in real life.

Salman Khan: I replace God in the film only for 10 days because after 10 days, they take away my power. On the ninth day, I do certain things, because of which the world is about to get destroyed. It is then, that Amitabh Bachchan, who is playing god, comes and saves the world.

Question: In this film, you have actually got a chance to replace god. What if you got a chance to replace god in real life? What would you do?

Salman Khan: Nothing. I would not take that chance.

Question: But if you got the power…

Salman Khan: Everyone’s got their job to do. I have got a job as an actor. God has a job to be God.

Question: Even if you were given a chance to get the power, you would not take it?

Salman Khan: No. I would not know what to do with it. I will have the power and I would be sitting at home or would be giving a shot in the movie somewhere. It would be a waste.

Question: In a day, how often do you actually think of God?

Salman Khan: I think a lot about God, but in a different way.

Question: In your mind, what is God really?

Salman Khan: In my mind, God is the creator, he is everything. He has made us and he lives in our hearts. Love is God. Faith is God. Trust is God. All these nice positive things in life are God.

Question: Do you believe that there is something called as life after death?

Salman Khan: I hope there is. And I hope we can come back again but the problem is that we won’t remember the previous birth.

Question: If you had a chance, what would you want to be reborn as?

Salman Khan: Same family.
